After much deliberation, we have decided to make our blog private. I love that people enjoy reading our stories and learning about our expat life in Japan. Currently there are 32,597 total pageviews! 168 readers just yesterday! But as much as I enjoy sharing, we've decided that it's time to only allow close family and friends to read it.
Our blog has become our life journal, and because of that it's very personal. We also need to think about our sweet little girl, who we no longer want to broadcast over the internet for the whole world to see.
So what does this mean for you?
Basically, we are going to password protect the blog. So every time you want to access the page, you will be required to enter the password. If you want to continue reading the blog, please email us at joe.emily.schreurs@gmail.com so that we can send you the password.
We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we hope you understand that privacy is important!
Also, just a heads up that we will also be adding privacy settings to our shutterfly site. We will most likely use the same privacy settings, so you will be required to enter a password to view the pictures.
This will go into effect in one week!!!
Just got through with the password! Yippee, it works! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteYAY!!! Annoying that you have to type the password every single time you want to see a new page, though. But oh well, glad our life will be private now. :)
